Our annual game dinner is the most highly anticipated night of the year amongst our friends and guests. It is a really cool experience and a unique opportunity to try some pretty cool game meats that are not readily available. This is our menu from last year to give an idea of what we offer. We will not know the exact menu until later as we are currently working with our hunters and gatherers to get you some beast to eat.
FIRST COURSE
Wild Boar 'Cubano' Style Spring Rolls with Smoked Boar Meat
