Our artisan bakery defies the odds by creating these gluten, corn, soy, and dairy free goods that actually taste yummy.

Our products are made from scratch, by hand in small batches in a gluten free kitchen with premium, nutritious, organic and all natural ingredients, healthy oils (i.e., organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, avocado oil) and grains (i.e. organic brown rice flour, organic coconut flour, organic sorghum flour, organic oat), no wheat flour, no refined sugar, no additives, no artificial ingredients, no preservatives, organic cage-free eggs, certified gluten free almond. For sweets we use organic coconut sugar, monk fruit, all-natural local raw honey. Our cream cheese frosting is made with organic cashew and organic maple syrup. Our energy balls have organic apricot without sulfur or organic date . The Belgian chocolate is 100% chocolate.
